Shipping costs are always included in your shopping cart total.

If your country does not appear in the list at checkout, we unfortunately do not currently ship to that destination.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (on business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

We do our best to keep all products listed on SnusDirect in stock. If every item in your cart is marked “In stock”, your order can be shipped via one of the following options:

Shipping cost – Final shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your order

Adult signature – UPS Express delivery orders require the signature of an adult upon delivery, to ensure the age of the customer.

Minimum age requirements – It is important to check the minimum legal age for buying nicotine-containing products in your country before purchasing with us. Furthermore, some shipping couriers have their own age restrictions for certain products, which may differ from national laws.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times, we will dispatch your order as soon as all items are ready for shipment.

PO Boxes – Please note that we do not ship UPS Express to PO box addresses.

Shipping to a Temporary Address – We strongly advise against ordering while on holiday, unless you are staying for at least two months after placing the order. There is always a risk of delay that is out of our control such as custom clearance or delays with postal service. We will not reship or refund orders that are sent to a temporary address.
