About shipping

Shipping costs are always included in your shopping cart total.

If your country is not featured in the list in the cashier, we currently do not ship to that destination.

We strive to keep all snus brands featured on Snus Direct in stock. If all of the products in your shopping cart are marked as 'In stock', then you will receive your order in one of the following ways:

PostNord mail (5-14 days) – An economical international service, but with a longer transit time. Posten Letter orders have a 5-14 working days transit time after leaving our warehouse, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Available worldwide, with certain restrictions.

Snus Direct uses Swedish Posten for all standard deliveries.

PostNord Registered Mail (5-14 days) – Same as above, but delivery is insured and tracked using a reference number.

PostNord tracking (5-14 days) – A shipping method with tracking for packages shipped to Canada, this service is tracked using a reference number like Postnord REK, the difference is that the service does not require a signature when delivered so the parcel is not insured.

UPS Express delivery (2-5 days) – Our international express carrier, UPS, provides a fully traceable delivery service. Transit time is usually 2-5 working days after the order leaves our warehouse.
Snus Direct uses UPS Express Saver for all Express deliveries.

Some remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

Additional information

Adult signature – UPS Express delivery orders require the signature of an adult upon delivery, to ensure the age of the customer.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times, we will dispatch your order as soon as all items are ready for shipment.

PO Boxes – Please note that we do not ship UPS Express to PO box addresses.

Shipping to a Temporary Address – We strongly advise against ordering while on holiday, unless you are staying for at least two months after placing the order. There is always a risk of delay that is out of our control such as custom clearance or delays with postal service. We will not reship or refund orders that are sent to a temporary address.
