You accept that you’re aware of current legislation regulating tobacco import to the country to which you’re ordering.
You accept that you’re responsible for all customs fees, taxes and other fees on snus imposed by the country to which you’re ordering.
Snus Direct will not be responsible for replacing or buying out orders confiscated by customs or lost in delivery.
As tobacco is a fresh, perishable product, no returns will be accepted.
