Years ago, Swedish Match launched a white tobacco product called G.4 FU:ZN. It has a mix of apple and spearmint. This was one I was quite the fan of! Sadly, it went away. However, over the past few years Swedish Match has launched a new line of nicotine pouches called VOLT with a wide mix of flavors and strengths. And one of the flavors they launched was that one, but in a tobacco-free nicotine pouch! This one, Frosted Apple, has the same great spearmint/apple flavor! Frosted Apple comes in two strengths, Strong 3/5 and Super Strong 5/5, which we are talking about today!

I’ve always prided myself in being pretty connected with the snus and nicotine pouch world. However, the nicotine pouch world has been moving quite fast over the past several years. It seems every time I turn around, there’s a new brand out. VALØ, for example, is a brand that I had never heard of prior to grabbing a can of this VALØ Explorer for review. I honestly grabbed this one because I thought the can design was super neat. VALØ is a line of nicotine pouches made in Sweden, and is said to be “ultra premium nicotine pouches”. The range offers quite a lot of interesting flavors, such as lonkero (the Finnish long drink), cloudberry+lime, and more. This one is a more standard flavor, but nonetheless, one I was interested in checking out!

There was a point in time when General Classic Extra Strong was one of the strongest products you could get. When I first started snusing, this was one of those you’d reach for when you needed something a little extra. Times change, and it isn’t near the strongest now, but it once was. This snus brings the classic General snus, and quality, to an extra strong lössnus! It is a fairly popular one, and one I enjoy from time to time. There is also a portion version of this one which is quite good!

Göteborgs Rapé is one of the older brands of Swedish Snus, going back to the early days of STM. It is one of the more popular brands on the market, but this is a relatively new product, Göteborgs Rapé XRANGE Strong White Slim. The XRANGE series is only a few years old, and this is one of the more recent additions to the series. XR is a cheaper line of snus compared to others, but it brings Swedish Match’s premium flavors with the same quality, and a lower price tag! There is also a regular strength version of this one in the XRANGE series, as well!

General Snus is the king of snus. It is one of the traditional snus brands that goes back to the earliest days of snus. When many think of high quality, premium Swedish Snus, the General brand is one that quickly comes to mind. While there are many portions formats of General, there is only one General Classic Loose. This is a snus for lovers of traditional snus, and for those who enjoy loose snus and want a classy, premium flavor.

General Mackmyra originally launched in 2016. This snus was made through a collaboration with Swedish Match and the popular Swedish whisky-maker, Mackmyra. The snus was released in two formats: original portion, and loose! Generak Mackmyra was made by Master Blenders from Swedish Match Lars Jonsson and Mattias Schemer and the master blender from Mackmyra, Angela D’Orazio. It is flavored with Mackmyra's flavorful Svensk Ek whisky. This General snus comes in the portion format, but today we’re going to be checking out the loose variant!

The On! Nicotine Pouches line is a very popular one. Over the years, it has grown in popularity, and diversity. More and more flavors are added to the line, and there are various strengths available depending on your individual nicotine cravings. Today we’re checking out a new one that I just noticed: ON! Lemon Berry! The flavor on this one sounded very intriguing, so I was definitely curious to check it out. There are two strengths to this one, 3mg/pouch and 6mg/pouch.

The Shiro line is a line of nicotine pouches produced by AG Snus in Denmark, now owned by PMI. It recently went through a redesign/rebranding/relaunching, and today we’re going to be checking out one of the new flavors in this line: 05 Sour Lime. This is a low strength product, at 1 / 4 on their power scale, and 3.6mg/pouch of nicotine strength. This one comes in a stronger 8.4mg/pouch version as well if you want one with a little more kick to it.

Not too long ago, AG Snus’ Shiro line went through a big redesign. It was relaunched with new flavors, and a new look. I enjoy their Sour Lime flavor, so I was curious to check this one out and do a review. Shiro #06 Sour Red Berry Low is the lower strength version, which is 1 / 4 on their strength scale, or 3.6mg/pouch. However, if you want a stronger variant, they also produce an 8mg/g version of this one. Shiro has a wide mix of flavors in the range, but this is one of the more interesting ones!
