Given a four out of four nicotine rating, the C.r.e.a.m Cold As Ice X-Strong is a robust pouch that is best left for more experienced consumers. At 12mg/pouch of nicotine, the icy bite that is felt under the lip from this mint product is intense, offering a bold and frosty feeling to refresh the palate.

The intensity of the pouch is exacerbated by the moist sachet contents, which interact with the user very quickly compared with drier products. This is a slim sachet that has been ergonomically designed to offer comfort to users as it fits perfectly with the contours of the mouth. Privacy is also given as members of the public will not notice the sachet under the lip.

Mint fans who prefer a gentler sensation may wish to opt for the Light version of this product, which contains 4mg/pouch of nicotine. For those wanting to quit the stimulant altogether, the C.r.e.a.m Energy Cold As Ice is a viable option, which instead possesses 50mg/pouch of caffeine.
