Garant Extreme is a cooling pouch with no fruit or sweetness, just a clean, frostiness with a sharp edge that holds its intensity well into use. This arctic-like profile is the work of an added cooling agent rather than any flavor, which is how an unflavored pouch still reads this icy. At 25 mg per pouch, it has an extreme strength, meant for experienced users with a high tolerance who specifically want this level.

Each slim pouch runs light at about 0.44 g, with 27 to a can, smaller and lighter than Garant's 0.7 g 11 mg pouches. The moist build gets the cold moving quickly once one is in place.
