It has the flavor of wild, red berries combined with grapefruit and a light yet rich taste of tobacco. The inspiration for this snus was the Swedish woods, where all sorts of sweet and sour berries grow wildly.

Decent snus
I was a little disappointed with the flavor. There is a berry flavor in the background, but it's too subtle and the tobacco flavor that is dominant is just okay. I used the whole can, so it's not bad. Probably will not purchase again.

Boring
I was really hoping to like this as I enjoyed Roda Lacket back when it was available in portions and the price point is definitely attractive. However, I found it to be a bit underwhelming. The taste is a nice mix of tobacco salt and berries. The berries taste is reminiscent of the dehydrated berries found in Special K with Berries cereal. There is no sweetness here, however. That doesn’t pose a problem per se, although, just a hint (no more than that) of sweetness would be complimentary. The portions are a bit odd to get used to. They are soft but the potion material is super thin. The jury is still out, for me, on whether I like this material. The real issue I have is that the flavor is really muted and I am getting very little drip even if I moisten the portions a bit. In addition, the flavor is really short lived. Finally, the strength does not feel “up to snuff,” so to speak. These feel much closer to a 9 or 10 mg portion than a 13mg. It’s too bad, because with a few tweaks and I could really like these. The tobacco does feel premium and not like those cheap brands that just scream “subpar ingredients”. I’m hopeful I will enjoy the green version a bit more.

Not a fan
The smell upon opening is rather powdery with a hint of dried berry. The initial flavor is some tobacco with a chalky, subtle hit of sweetness similar to the scent. Reminds me of PEZ candy with tobacco. Eventually the flavor gives more way to the tobacco flavor. The strength is there, I'll give it that. In the end, I tossed the can after 3 goes.

Subtle changes
Upon opening the can the smell of dried fruit is first with a tobacco undertone. After 5 minutes or so the flavors start to change from a fruity taste to a pipe tobacco flavor, it reminds me of a cavendish with spruce and woodsy finish. Not an all day Snus, but a treat.
