Läkerol Salvi

Läkerol candies are calorie and sugar free pastilles that come in a wide variety of flavours. Out of all the available varieties, Läkerol Salvi is now one of the most popular. If you just so happen to love liquorice-tasting candy, you're in for a real treat here as these particular candies are flavoured with a sublime combination of liquorice and violet.

These tasty lozenges come in a small, violet coloured box which makes them extremely easy to carry about in a purse, bag, or in a pocket. The Läkerol brand name is clearly visible at the top of the box, and the name ‘Salvi’ is written below an image of one of the little treats themselves.

First produced in 1909, these sweets get their name from the word "läka" which is the Swedish word for "heal". This is very apt as these tasty candies also act as throat lozenges.
