The The Thunder Xtreme Red Strong has a quick flavour release of a mix of berries. You can sense both raspberries and cranberries without it being too sweet. The flavour is very natural with a mild earthy tobacco flavour lingering in the background.
The portions are like the other Xtreme pouches, they are moist, plump and come in a regular portion. The nicotine and flavour release is very quick due to the moist pouches and the snus has a strong nicotine level of 12 mg/g.
The Thunder Xtreme series can only be sold within the US, they are produced by V2 tobacco but were not released until V2 tobacco was purchased by Swedish Match. Now there are two snus brands aimed towards the US snus market, the Thunder Extreme Series and the well-known General snus.
